We take great care with your times but in the unfortunate event your items arrive damaged, please email us at baggedbeauty@gmail.com within ONE HOUR of delivery for exchange. We will make three attempts to contact you at time of delivery and send you a picture to confirm that your order was delivered and the delivery location. If we had to leave your items outside your door because we could not get in touch with you at time of delivery, we are not responsible if your order is missing or damaged by the weather. We not offer refunds.
